Henry Robert Brand, 2nd Viscount Hampden, GCMG (2 May 1841 – 2 November 1906) was Governor of New South Wales
from 1895 to 1899.

He left Sydney by train on 5 March 1889, joining the steamer Oruba in Melbourne the following day.
He was the second-last Governor of New South Wales before the Federation of Australia
. He died in London in 1906.
