Henry Alexius Abbott

Henry Alexius Abbott was a Calcutta merchant who had several children which were influential in the British and East Indian Trading Company militaries serving in East India. Presumably he was from Blackheath, Kent, as obituaries of his children state. He married Margaret Welsh, the daughter of William Welsh of Edinburgh.
