Helen Kroger is an Australian politician. She has been a Liberal
member of the Australian Senate
since July 2008, representing the state of Victoria
. She was the Victorian state president of the Liberal Party from 2003 to 2006, and oversaw the rebuilding of the Liberal Party after the 2002 state election.
Helen Kroger was elected to the Australian Senate for Victoria at the 2007 federal election after being preselected in the safe second position on the Liberal ticket, behind Mitch Fifield
and ahead of number three candidate Scott Ryan
