Performances

4minute had their first performance of "Heart to Heart" in April 7, it was performed with a shorter version , while the single released alongside it "Mirror Mirror" was performed full length on Mnet's M!Countdown. It was also performed it Inkigayo, Music Bank and many others.

But from May 5, 2011 when promotions for "Mirror Mirror" have been finished they performed Heart to Heart full length until in late May.

Music video

The full length music video was released on March 28, 2011. It features CN Blue's member Jungshin.

The concept of the video reflects the title of the song. The video starts with Hyuna and her boyfriend Jungshin and how she noticed how much has changed. The Music Video has several scenes as 4minute dancing in a club when Hyuna find that her boyfriend is cheating. Then Hyuna together with the members makes all sorts of tricks for revenge. Another scene is 4minute dancing on Heart to Heart in front of a colored background, however the girls are also seen alone in the room.
