Founded in 1911, the team plays its home games at Neilson Park and compete in Premiership Division Three.

Haddington are captained in season 2010/2011 by Neil Watt and the Vice-Captain is Craig Harrison. Fortress Neilson is one of the finest rugby fields in East Lothian.
