Gurwitch Products acquired RéVive Skincare, a premium skincare line, and related assets from Bays-Brown Laboratories, on May 1, 2008. The original ReVive Skincare boutique in Louisville, KY still operates from the former HQ site of Bays-Brown Laboratories and is now known as Bays Boutique.
