History

The club was founded in 1993, as BCN/Osasco, by the BCN bank. The club was renamed to Finasa/Osasco in 2003. The club even announced it would close its adult volleyball department in April 2009, after losing the 2009

, by product line Sollys. And the club participated in the Superliga 2009/2010, renamed in 2009 to Sollys/Osasco. In this edition, the club became champion, beating the biggest rival: the Unilever/Rio de Janeiro
, and also taking the South American Club Championship.

For the 2011/12 season of the Brazilian Superliga, the team name changed to Sollys/Nestlé.

Home arena

Sollys/Osasco play their home games at Ginásio Municipal Professor José Liberatti, located in Osasco. The arena seats 4,500 people.
