Grigory Rapota

Grigory Alekseevich Rapota (born 5 February 1944) is a Russian politician and current special representative of the Russian president in the Volga Federal District
(since 12 May 2008). Before that he was the special representative of the Russian president in the Southern Federal District
(North Caucasus
and southern European Russia).
