 in 1986. She grew up in the southern town of [Zabbar]. Graziana is able to sing in Maltese, English and Italian.

In 2006 she released her first album, entitled Graziana's first collection, that included sixteen tracks, twelve of which are in her native tongue.

In 2004 and 2005 she placed second in the annual Il-Għanja tal-Poplu Festival, with the songs Madre Tereza, written by Josette Ellul, and Għaċ-Ċkejkna by Walter Micallef

In September 2005 she took part in the first edition of an International festival held in Sslerno named as (canzioni dal mondo), where she placed 2nd as a best singer with the song from the opera phantom of the opera, and best lyrics with tutto quello written by joe julian farrugia and music by sammy Galea.

In 2006 she took part in the Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza with 'Għanjet L-Imġarrba' composed by Andrew Zahra and written by Deo Grech.
