History
GAFTA can trace its history back to 1878, when the London Corn Trade Association (LCTA) started operations. In 1906, a group of traders spun off the LCTA and formed the London Cattle Food Association (LCFA). In 1971 LCTA and LCFA merged to form GAFTA.Structure
