Giselle, Natalia's daughter had suffered a huge scar on her face that made her adoptive mother Miranda to treat it as a bad luck to her. When Adriana, Oscar and Miranda's biological daughter had suffered a heart failure, it made Oscar decide to give it to Paulina because they cant support the hospital needs of Adriana. They convinced Paulina that it was Natalia and Karl's daughter he was offering. That time Paulina realizes that she can't give Karl a child that's why she take Adriana and brought it abroad with Karl.

Synopsis
The story is all about the well knowned name of Herrera's in the beauty industry. Claudia is one of the top cosmetic surgeons on Asia and this pressures her daughter Natalia to give the expectations she were pursuing. Meanwhile, because of personal / family issues with Claudia, Paulina decided to be a cosmetic surgeon for vengeance she wants to give to Claudia. But by the time she started her revenge, it turned her first plan which is to seduce Natalia to Karl to be non victorious because Karl had fallen inlove with Natalia. This time, Paulina decided to have an accomplice with her main rival which is Claudia, to bring back Karl to her and also Natalia to Claudia. Due to a car accident, Claudia kept the child which was accidentally laboured by Natalia on the car, to Oscar, her bodyguard, while Karl had suffered amnesia. Paulina used this situation to ask for money to Claudia to support Karl's hospital needs. She blockmailed Claudia that made it to give 10 million.
