Overview

Launched on May 12, 2008, GRITtv presents a combination of expert panels, interviews, and documentary reviews. GRITtv emphasizes the importance of technology in new media coverage with skype and phone as well as in person tapings. Content is presented as a progressive/liberal dialogue covering topics ranging from international conflicts, domestic politics, racism, media, health care, civil liberties, feminism, environmental policy and more.

Cancellation

She announced that she was suspending, as of May 13, 2011, her production of her GRITtv program. She said that later in 2011 she would appear on other Internet and television projects in Fall 2011.
