Quoted as “One of the Seven wonders of the magazine world” and featured in design books across the globe Fused has worked with brands like Levi, Smirnoff, Bacardi, Ben Sherman, Virgin, New Look and many more to co-host a range of events.

The Fused brand includes art, music and fashion events that span Europe and the States. From student lock-ins at uber-fashion store Urban Outfitters, contemporary art markets and exhibitions to representing the region's music companies and organisations as the lead of the music mission to the annual SXSW Music Conference in Austin Texas.

Using some of the world's best designers and photographers the magazine has a cult following and a huge student readership.

The magazine was founded by editors Kerry Thomas and David O'Coy in 2000 and is based at offices in Birmingham City Centre.

In 2009 Fused launched a sister publication – AREA Culture Guide. The A6 publication is a monthly pocket-sized guide to cultural happenings in the West Midlands and has already gained many fans thanks to its compact size and alternative content. In April 2010 a 100,000 print run special edition of the guide was distribution across Europe for client Marketing Birmingham.

In 2010 Fused co-produced a magazine on behalf of Arts & Business for The Art of Ideas 2010.
