Fundación Valparaíso was established in 1989 by Paul Beckett, a Danish artist, and his wife Beatrice. The facility occupies the grounds of an old olive farm and mill house, with work studios and apartments for 4 visual artists, 2 writers and 1 composer. Each artist is invited to be in residence for one month.
