This was intended to be a newspaper started by Dr. Biswadip Mitra, the current head of Texas Instruments India, and Gautham Seth, a Frankfurt-based investor. Due to the founders personal differences, this magazine was sold to the PL Investments Ltd, which later sold it to The Hindu Group
