Free VOIP calls over the internet

By downloading the FreePhoneLine.Ca client and registering at the website, users are able to not only place FREE outgoing calls from their computer to a limited number of major Canadian Cities (and their associated local calling area as well). Current metro areas supported by this are:
  • Vancouver, BC
  • Calgary, AB
  • Edmonton, AB
  • Banff, AB
  • Lake Louise, AB
  • Winnipeg, MB
  • Toronto, ON
  • Ottawa, ON/Hull, QC
  • Kitchener-Waterloo, ON
  • London, ON
  • Hamilton, ON
  • Montreal, QC
  • Halifax, NS

These calls can be placed REGARDLESS of the location of the computer used to MAKE the calls. Another neat feature is that during registration, you are able to select an actual POTS-phone number, so that you can receive incoming calls as well.
