The Free University of Tbilisi is a university
established in 2007 via the merger of ESM Tbilisi and the Tbilisi Institute of Asia and Africa.
The current President/Rector of The Free University is Chikovani Guram. The Free University includes six schools: Law, Mathematics and Computer Science, Business, and the Institutes of Asia and Africa. A total of 634 students are enrolled at the University: 540 bachelor's students, 80 master's students, and 14 doctoral students.
