Frances Raday

Frances Raday is an Israeli scholar who was Chief Editor of the Israel Law Review from 1996 until 2001, and is emeritus professor of law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

, chair of the Israel Association of Feminist Studies, chairman of the Israel Women's Network Legal Center, and head of the Hebrew University's Lafer Center for the Study of Women. She also teaches at the Rishon LeZion College of Management. She is a staunch advocate for gender equality. She is also an Expert Member of the UN Committee for the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women.
