Fort Ritchie is a new mixed-use development on a 591-acre former Army post in Cascade, Maryland. Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT), developer of the project, is creating a "live-work-play" community designed to be an environment that inspires success. The plan intends the new community of Fort Ritchie to become an economic engine for the northern Maryland and southern Pennsylvania region by attracting Fortune 500 companies, government tenants, small businesses and residents.
