The facility and the Commando's main roles are to plan nearly all operations of the Armed Forces which are planned by the Leadership.
The facility also control all operations which the formed North-Norway Commando supervised.
(Forsvaret) states that a total number of 500 people are somehow connected to the Commando Central.
The Commando Central cooperates with Forsvarets Logistikkorganisasjon (Flo) and Forsvarets Informasjonsinfrastruktur (INI) so that the Operational Headquarter may work as planned.
