(1976). When the film was cast, she was living in Europe on a United States Air Force base. She was hired for a bit part, but Dugger was given the role of Blousey when the actress originally hired to play the part had a growth spurt, and grew too tall.

Dugger later joined the United States Air Force, where she had a 21 year career in the United States Air Force Medical Corps. As of 2003 she was married, with a son, and living on a U.S. Air Force base in Charleston, South Carolina.
