The park includes a 250000 square feet (23,225.8 m²) building finished in 1998, the Empire Fire and Marine Insurance building of 135000 square feet (12,541.9 m²), a third building of 70000 square feet (6,503.2 m²) building, and a 65000 square feet (6,038.7 m²) building. Harlan Noddle, a past chairman of the University of Nebraska Foundation and a prominent Omaha businessman, was involved in building the park.
