History

Finland volleyball league has founded 1994. Before that teams play league named championleague. League changed its name in the year of 2010 and become named Mestaruusliiga.

This play

Each team play twice against league others teams. One game in homacourt and one game in visitorcourt. After that places 7-10 ranked play miniplay-offs. Team who was seven place play against ten place team and team who was eight place play against nine places team. After that teams play play-off against six best team in the schedule league.
