Felipe Dulzaides’ is an artist whose work includes video, installations, photography, assemblages, neon, performance-actions, drawings, social sculptures and concept based public art projects. The range of his video work expands from single channel videos to video installations and documentaries.

Born in the mid 60’s in Cuba

Many of his works uses autobiographical experiences to address themes like emotional stress associated to displacement and the need of reinterpreting the past. Dulzaides also has develops several projects that explores the relationship of public space and architecture to ideology and politics.

Dulzaides work has been featured in a variety of contexts including contemporary art museums, public spaces, galleries, art fairs and the Gwangju Biennial (2008), the California Biennial (2008) and the Havana Biennial
