Fairmount station is officially located at Fairmount Avenue & Truman Highway in the Hyde Park section of Boston, Massachusetts, however the actual location is north of Truman Highway. Fairmount Avenue was built over the station and has pedestrian ramps leading from the southbound walkway along the bridge.
