 adopts the new law for higher education.

Founded in 1997. By April 2008, 2254 students has enrolled this faculty and 211th students graduated. FIT provides in-class as well distance learning studies. Distance learning students represent the majority of the student body, whose number is constantly increasing. FIT is the public but a self-financing institution which covers its costs from students fees.

Beginning 2002, FIT offers graduate studies.
