History

It is believed that FK Timočanin Knjaževac is the oldest football club in Serbia, but it was officially founded in 1921.

About club

FK Timočanin Knjaževac is not very popular, actually it's barely even known outside of Knjaževac because they play in the lowest Serbian league. The most of the Serbian clubs share the same destiny as Timočanin because football in Serbia is focused mostly on Superleague (Superliga),and lower leagues are in its shadow.
