History

The club was founded in 1928, then known by the name of Tri Zvezde (Three stars). In 1950, the club changes its name to Mladost (The Youth). Team colour is red. Mladost plays home games at Sportski Centar Rade Svilar

, finishing 6th despite horrible results in the second half of the season. In July 2007, Mladost Apatin officially announced they were withdrawing from the next season due to being unable to bear the financial burden of playing in a top division.
