Ezra Poyas is an Australian rules football
er who is a former captain in the Victorian Football League

, where he played nine games as a small forward from 2000–2002. At the end of 2002 he moved to Melbourne, where he had a place on the list in 2003 but did not play a senior game. He was delisted at the end of that year, despite finishing third in VFL affiliate Sandringham's best and fairest count.
Poyas represented a VFL team that played a West Australian Football League
(WAFL) team in May 2007, but injured his hamstring four minutes into the match. Poyas played in all three of Sandringham's hat-trick Premierships wins (2004–06).
In 2009, Poyas joined the St Kilda City Football Club (Southern Football League), being an important member of their 2009 Premiership. He continued with the Saints in 2010.
