The properties in the group collection also employ a number of high-profile chefs, including the Michelin starred Chefs Michael Wignall (who has participated in television shows such as Great British Menu
during his time with the group ) and Richard Davies. The hotel group's Managing Director, Danny Pecorelli, has stated that the group's emphasis on fine food and luxury dining is to counter against "very mediocre restaurant offers" available in many hotels.
The hotel group is also actively involved in local fund-raising events and is one of the official sponsors of MacMaillan Cancer Support
