Evelyn Kozak

Evelyn Kozak is an American supercentenarian, born in the Lower East Side of New York City. Her parents, Katie and Isaac Jacobson, had nine children. She grew up working for her family's business, as her father owned a paper box company.

She moved to Miami after she got married. She lived and worked there for over fifty years as the operator of a motel on Miami Beach. She then moved to Pittsburgh when she was ninety.

She may be the world's oldest Jewish person.
