EUROFFICE
Euroffice is a London-based online office supplies retailer, founded by George & Anthony Karibian and Christian Nellemann in 1999.
Euroffice has established itself as the UK’s leading online provider of office products and services to the SME market, using an internet-only business model. Its website offers over 27,000 products and services including office supplies, ink & toner cartridges, business machines, computer supplies, furniture and cleaning & maintenance and next day delivery is available.
The company uses state-of-the-art technologies to deliver a high level of service. It has achieved double-digit sales and triple-digit EBITDA growth, even during difficult economic downturns. Euroffice has received many industry awards and has been ranked on The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 on three occasions: 2004, 2005 and 2007. Simon Drakeford has been the CEO of Euroffice since 2007.
In 2009, Euroffice successfully launched its Italian business in Milan. The following year, Darwin Private Equity acquired a majority stake in the company by backing a management buy-out (MBO) led by CEO Simon Drakeford.
The partnership will ensure Euroffice can further accelerate their growth plans, by investing in people and technology to deliver best quality customer experience and product range.
The SME office supplies market is estimated to be more than £1 billion in the UK and the on-line channel is growing significantly faster than the wider market. The company now employs 49 people in both London and Milan.
