History

The airline was established in 2002 with an Aérospatiale SA 315B Lama operating as an air taxi. In 2004, the company acquired a few Eurocopter AS350s for air taxi, photography and SAR operations. In 2007, the airline acquired Agusta Westland AW 119s for charter services. In 2008 November, the airline ceased operations due to the global financial crisis.
