 published for the UK commercial property market. It was first published in 1858 and celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2008.

Damian Wild has been its Editor since August 2009.

In March 2008, Estates Gazette was announced as one of the top 500 "Business Superbrands" in the UK.

In 1996, Estates Gazette launched its own online property news and research arm, EGi.

In 1997, Estates Gazette launched Propertylink, which remains the UK's largest free-access commercial property availability search site, with over 63,000 properties listed.

Estates Gazette, EGi and Propertylink are now just three services within the overall business, branded as estatesgazette.com since June 2010. The group also includes EuroProperty - a fortnightly publication for the pan-European real estate investment market, the free-to-air website estatesgazette.com and the EG Awards, which celebrates excellence in the UK real estate market.
