 (Union-PSCE). Wallace holds the distinction of being the first African American to earn a PhD in Biblical studies from Union-PSCE. He is an ordained minister and has served as a Pastor, Youth Minister, Children’s Minister, and Christian Education consultant. He has served locally as an associate minister at the Apostolic Church of God in Chicago, as well as Victory Apostolic Church in Matteson where he currently serves. Wallace also served as an Army officer in the Maryland National Guard, and as an Adjunct Professor at North Park University and Elmhurst College.

Entrepreneur

Wallace has owned a number of businesses from a publishing company to a dance studio. He was President and CEO of Wallace Publishing and Computer Graphics. He now serves as the President and CEO of Wallace Multimedia Group, LLC, which is the parent company to Freedom's Journal Magazine and Integrity Books.

Since 2004, Wallace has served on the African American Advisory Board for the Republican National Committee
