Career

He was previously Minister of Education, Science and Technology of the Republic of Kosovo. He previously served as a professor at the University of Pristina. He was the founder of Kosovar Research and Documentation Institute until he resigned in March 2004 when he decided to join the Democratic Party of Kosovo
