Eng Chhai Eang is a Cambodian politician. He belongs to Sam Rainsy Party. His educational name was Khat Bunsin. He graduated from the university of health science in 1993. In 1992, he joined the youth movement of Funcinpec Party. Since then, he also wrote the article for a newspaper until 2003. He has been the secretary general of Sam Rainsy Party from 1999-2006. Then he was re-elected in the late of 2007. He was first elected as the representative in Battambang province in 2003 and 2008. After the election in 2008, he resigned from the secretary general of the party. Now, he was the former member of parliament, that this position he resigned it in the early of 2011.
