It takes place in a large house surrounded by complete blackness. The house inside has been completely destroyed, with every item inside thrown carelessly around each of its rooms. As the song begins, all of the strewn items begin to fly into the air and back into order; this happens over the course of the video, intervening with shots of Emily Haines
singing. At the end, all of the clutter is organized and each of her fellow band members (Jimmy Shaw, Joules-Scott Key, and Joshua Winstead) are now visible, previously hidden by the mess. The video ends with a cross-section of the house and each of its members sitting lifelessly in all of the rooms, as the lights go out in some rooms.
