Embotelladoras Arca is a Mexican beverage company founded in May 2001 through the merger of three of the oldest bottlers in Mexico: Procor, Arma and Argos. Through its subsidiaries the company produces, distributes and sells beverages under The Coca-Cola Company
brand and other proprietary brands as well as brands owned by Arca. It is the second largest Coca-Cola bottler in Latin America

The company, headquartered in Monterrey, distributes its products in the northern region of Mexico, in the states of Nuevo Leon, Coahuila, Chihuahua, Sonora, Sinaloa, Baja California, Baja California Sur and Tamaulipas, as well as northern Argentina. Arca also produces and distributes Bokados brand snack foods.
Embotelladoras Arca merged with Grupo Continental
in January 2011 in a 27.7 billion peso ($2.3 billion) exchange of stock and the resulting conglomerate is called Arca Continental, trading on the Mexican stock exchange.
