(PIHA) since late 2007. The Black Diamonds play their home games at the Nations-Tobin Recreation Center in northeast El Paso. The team is managed by Raul Castaneda, and coached by Robert Rivera. The Black Diamonds spawned from the former El Paso Hawks and El Paso Blaze organizations.
