Ekenäs Idrottsförening (abbreviated EIF or Ekenäs IF) is a sports club from Ekenäs, Raseborg

EIF has a thriving junior section with a large number of teams. The flagship event run by the club is the Ekenäs Cup tournament which in 2010 will be held from 23rd until 25 July.
The highest ever attendance for an EIF match was in 1975 when 1,625 people attended the home game with HAIK.
