As this city is located at the intersection of roads connecting Biharsharif(Hq. Nalanda)-Jehanabaad & Rajgir(Islampur)-Patna, it garners a lot of commercial attention. And as Railway line connecting to Fatwah(Patna) and Islampur is scheduled to expand upto Rajgir, it's going to prosper in every section. Land prices in the city is already soaring and land is almost out of reach from common man, Big investment is also falling in line in outskirts of the city.
