Personal life

In May 2009, Halvey received a seven-month suspended sentence after pleading guilty to careless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol. The charges arose after he crashed into the rear of a BMW killing a 16 year old passenger whilst Halvey was over three times the legal drink-driving limit and under the influence of a banned substance.
