Current versions are available at a volunteer's FTP server
The ebase community site, accessible to users that have made a (monetary or volunteer) contribution, includes a user support forum, discussion & planning for future revisions, supplemental documentation available for download, and a collection of articles on using and administering ebase (the knowledge base).
A new version, based on the features of version 2.20 but built for FileMaker Pro v. 9, is under development.
