East Field also has hosted the NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association) baseball World Series and the local Glens Falls Green Jackets Football games. East Field is located on eastern edge of the city (closer to Hudson Falls) section of town.
Currently, East Field is the home of the Glens Falls Golden Eagles of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League
. Also it is the Current Home of the Glens Falls Greenjackets Football Team of the Empire Football League. The Greenjackets have made East Field its home since the early 80's and the team was established in 1928 which makes it the second oldest Semi-Pro football team in the country.
East Field is also the home of the biggest fireworks celebration for the 4th of July
