The 553 runs at the west end of River Hills Road hourly into the evenings and on weekends, however this does not service the majority of homes in Eagleby. Most of the homes in Eagleby lie between 2 km and 6 km from Beenleigh Railway Station.
There is a Post Office at Eagleby Shopping Plaza at the corner of River Hills and Fryar Roads. The crossroads is the centre of the suburb, and also has the State School and local Pub (next to the shopping centre complex). Major shopping centres and services are at Beenleigh and the Logan Hyperdome
at Loganholme (both easily reached by bus).
