History

Andrew Duda, and immigrant, founded the operation in Central Florida in the mid 1920s with 40 acres (16.2 ha).

With celery as the cash crop, Duda had around 2500 acres (1,011.7 ha) in the 1940s. The family diversified into beef cattle ranching at their "Cocoa Ranch", near Cocoa, Florida
