, was created for Monseigneur Charles-François-Christian de Montmorency-Luxembourg, son of Christian-Louis, prince de Tingry (third son of François-Henri de Montmorency, duc de Luxembourg) and his wife Louise-Madeleine de Harlay, comtesse de Beaumont. It became extinct on the death of the grantee's grandson Monseigneur Anne-Édouard-Louis-Joseph de Montmorency-Beaumont-Luxembourg, 3rd duc de Beaumont, 12th prince de Luxembourg, 10th prince de Tingry, pair de France, in 1878.
