History

1843 - School built with $3000 grant given by the late Nathan Drury, the school's namesake

1851 - Became a free, public high school

1867 - First building torn down and replaced with a new one

1916 - Second building yet replaced with much bigger one (it is currently still in this location today)

1976 - New school building built on South Church Street; old building made into Silvio O. Conte Middle School

2001 - School renovated to have new classrooms and updated electronic technology

Drury currently serves grades 8-12.

It has a student body of approximately 625 students.

The school's mascot is currently the Blue Devil.

The school colors are blue and white.
