She graduated from King John III Sobieski Secondary School and the Ludwik Solski Academy, both in Krakow. Since 1987, she has been an actress of Krakow's Old Theatre. She is the granddaughter of Wladyslaw Segda, double Olympic bronze medalist in fencing. Since 2001 she is married to the composer Stanislaw Radwan.
